Recorded between 2020 and 2023. Edited, Teo Macero-style, in 2023. Best enjoyed with headphones, played sequentially. It's all one song.

This is a collection of ideas recorded spontaneously without preparation or forethought. I then edited into what you hear. Brian Eno once said beautiful music is just playing everything you want to and then taking out all the bad notes.

"An Elevation of Attention" is a solo drum piece that was recorded in one take after a week with Dahlgren's "Four Way Coordination" book. There are a few obvious overdubs for effects.
